We assist individuals select career paths that are best tailored to their passion and personality, as opposed to bowing to peer pressure in choosing a career.
We have seen major transformations after having a simple conversation with students who are constantly pressured by their parents to study hard and to make A’s and B’s.
From years of experience, we have established that most students do not understand the “why?” and “for what?” and, therefore, they are not motivated to make good grades at school.
We work with all students to determine their “Why” and “How” to achieve their academic and career goals. We provide tools for parents to adequately support their students in their academic endeavors. Consulting with students almost always guarantees a renewed sense of purpose and determination.

Our service focuses on groups of students listed below: - Middle School - Junior High (6th - 8th grade) - High School Freshman - High School Senior (9th - 12th grade) - College Students and Adults at a cross road (age 18yrs and up)
The First step of the Consulting Sessions is the initial informational session where you get to meet with us to learn about our services. As a bonus we review customized training information built for parents and students (6th -12th grade). We have customized training materials for college students that focus on how to choose a college and different ways of funding college.
The Second step of the Consulting Sessions is where we work with all students on a more personal level to customize a plan to meet their goals. Once you have completed the Initial Consulting Session and feel that you need more personalized guidance select a package that applies to you.
In her speeches, Cate aims to challenge parents to be involved in their children's education, provide tools that will enable every motivated and passionate student to identify a clear purpose for their lives, and aspire to reach their maximum potential.
We offer group workshops for students and their parents to equip them with tools for navigating the American school system. We also provide practical steps geared to enable students succeed at every grade level, and provide tools for parents as they support the students through their college and career selection.
